What kinds of pictures can you animate?
Family photographs, pets, weddings, holidays, artwork and many original creations. We review every upload before you pay and explain if a picture is unlikely to animate naturally.
Can I choose the movement for each picture?
Yes. Every uploaded picture has its own instruction box. You can ask for subtle movement such as a blink or smile, or describe a more imaginative scene.
Do I pay before you check my pictures?
No. Sending an enquiry is free. We check the image and your request first; payment is requested only after the work has been accepted.
How many pictures can I order?
Choose any whole number from 1 to 30. The price updates automatically and applies the best available package rate.
What if an old photograph is damaged?
Choose “Restore only” or “Restore and animate” for that picture. Restoration costs a fixed £9.99 per picture and is calculated immediately. If the image is unsuitable, we reject it before payment and explain why.
How does Create From An Idea work?
Describe the subject, setting, style, colours and mood. A reference picture is optional. We check the brief before payment, then create one high-resolution digital picture for £19.99 with one refinement included. Choose “Create and animate” to add animation at the normal package rate.
Will the people look exactly like the original?
We aim to preserve identity and character, but generated movement is interpretive and can vary. Every result is personally checked, and we address genuine faults or departures from the agreed instruction.
Are my photographs private?
Yes. We use them to assess and complete your order, not for public advertising unless you separately give permission. See our privacy policy for full details.
What will I receive?
Each completed animation is supplied as an MP4 digital file for you to keep and share. You can also add one checked and preloaded 10.1-inch display frame in black or white for £74.99. The make may vary, but the stated features and quality standard will not.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Your rights depend on whether work has started and whether personalised digital content has been supplied. Faulty work remains protected. Read our plain-English refund and cancellation policy.
